Fowler's syndrome..... Bladder issues and UTI's

Hi ladies,

As well as stage three endo, adenomyosis and some fibroids I'm now being diagnosed as having fowler's syndrome.

Along my endo journey I spontaneously went into urinary retention (absolute agony) and since then have been unable to urinate properly or empty my bladder when it's full. I have a suprapubic catheter now but I was hopeful that would get removed and after my lap my bladder function would improve. Am I being too hopeful?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this diagnosis and what treatment you went through? I've been seen for sacral nerve stimulation but I was really put off it with all the restrictions as I'm usually very active and sporty.

I also keep getting UTI's and on three antibiotics at the moment. I think I just thought that three months post lap these things would be improving now.

Also just want to say I really appreciate this forum and how friendly everyone is and the advice you all give.
