Debilitating cramps even mid pill, post-lap- wrong type of birth control?

5 mos post-laprascopy and periods are still really painful. I'm 2 weeks in on Loloestrine (prescribed this one since I'm "small") but just had 2 days of debilitating cramps and spotting, which is why I haven't been able to stay on the pill before. Anyone have any thoughts? I'm in so much debt after surgery and feeling so hopeless.

Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time

I believe it takes about 3 months for your body to get used to being on the pill so maybe try and stick it out that long and see if it gets any better? Otherwise I know you said you have been put on that pill for a reason, but could you ask to try a different one? I had to try about 4 different ones before I found one that agreed with me as I kept getting horrible side effects such as what you described or one made me unable to eat as it made me so sick
