colonoscopy in 10 days then what...

hi ladies, i had a lap last year in march and they found mild to moderate endo. Since then I have developed odd abdominal pains and some bowel issues for which i have been referred to a gastro specialist and now due to do a colonoscopy in 10 days. I got my sachets to drink today and a diet sheet. Hopefully my colonoscopy comes back clear, im no doctor but my symptoms all sort of started around the same time so i tend to think it is endo / adhesions. i've discussed the possibility of endo with the GP but she didn't think it would be very likely after my lap. But where do you go from the colonoscopy? if that comes back clear, what happens then? should I be asking to be referred to a gynae? would be great to hear some experiences!

I had a colonoscopy and mine was all clear, luckily I had an amazing gastroenterologist and he said it was definitely Endo related and that Endo and bowel problems go hand in hand and he referred me back to gynae after numerous gastro tests.
