Sadly yes my weight has escalated with multiple medications/hormones and low mood with this delightful condition. I can’t seem to be able to really to sick to anything.

Yes much like ccsmith I am the same. I don’t think the fatigue helps either yet I know the extra weight makes it worse, it’s a vicious circle. I had always been slim until the past 2 years. Working full time and travelling takes all my energy, I just cannot muster up any energy for exercise

I’ve been trying slimming world out but have been having such bad flare ups lately especially with bloating every other weigh in I’m putting on what I’ve lost the week before. The fatigue definitely doesn’t help working all day and then dealing with my son who has additional needs just puts me at the back of the list to try and do any exercise.

I found the same with slimming world I’d lose 6lb one week and the following put on or lose nothing despite doing the same food wise as the previous week and I just started to find it too deflating. I am going to try Jason vales new book, I’ve heard a lot of good things and it can help boost immune system and eliminate bloating etc. At this point I have nothing to lose (except a load of weight ha ha) I know being slimmer will benefit my overall health to but this damn disease makes it so hard and I’m sure caused the weight gain to begin with x

I’m constantly to yo yoing and it’s really hot me down. I’ve always been a “big” girl but recently it’s ridiculous. My mum lost weight on weight watchers and is born again. She keeps saying I’m wasting the good years of my life! I diet lose 1/2 stone then gain it all again so quickly it’s demoralising.

I’m right there with you. I felt so much better slimmer, had more energy etc. I’m not used to being bigger and it’s getting me down and making me self conscious but I can’t seem to shift it, it literally clings to me. I’m sure hormones must play a part. I’ll let you know if the Jason vale method is any good once I start it (got to buy a proper blender) x

I did him about 10 years ago and lost loads. Every time I do him now I get heart burn 😕

It might just be me! Give it a go but remember rinse your mouth after each juice as it’s really acidic and can damage your teeth. I lost loads so 🤞🏻
