It’s the time of the month, I’m on day 3 and still quite bad, this evening I feel very lightheaded and dizzy, also faint. Does anyone else experience these kind of symptoms?

Hi, yes I am totally with you on this! I get really lightheaded and go very pale! It's a time to look after yourself and go easy xx
Ditto to everything in your post literally now. Make sure you drink some water and try to eat something. x
Hey, I get like this when my periods are especially heavy.
What I find helps is for the week before periods; I up my intake of iron; from green veggies and meats - even taking iron and b12 supplements (the two go together - b12 is needed to absorb the iron). As horrible as it sounds - good butchers black pudding - yes the old way of doing things; if you're losing blood then have blood really does have scientific background - its' not for everyone and I guess it depends on personal choices. I eat meat so all parts of the animal should be used. Anyway that's going away from the question!
Drink lots of fluids, also make sure you're eating enough fruits - you need the sugars to keep your energy levels up x
