Does anyone else get extreme anxiety before their period. Ii have anxiety anyways but it seems a week before my period it gets out of control and I worry about literally everything and then I’ll come on my period and it will settle to like my average amount of anxiety ii usually suffer with.
Isit hormones related??
Had an app Monday with my gyno to deal with my endo and have questions answered and steps forward.
but it’s been cancelled now and just gotta wait for a scan in September to check up on my cyst.
Thanks 😊 xxx

Hormones can play havoc to our moods-my sis-in-law used to get grumpy, my friend used to get edgy so it's possible in your case you get anxious. Keep safe!
Hormones likely to be involved, speak to your GP, they may be able to help. Things like evening primrose can sometimes be helpful, speak to GP first though.
I had that offer three or four times last year 🤣, they didn’t believe anything physical was wrong.
Did you mention hormones and balance, or just how you were feeling? If there is a GP that specialises in women’s issues, probably worth asking for appointment with them. I know my hormones were screwed last year, it did take a while to associate that with other symptoms though, still knew it wasn’t anxiety though.
That was a regular man dr think he didn’t no what to say lol. Ii usually see a woman at a gyno clinic. Was due Monday. But it was cancelled due to corona.
Yes used to before hysterectomy, my periods were all over the place the only time it was regular was before hysterectomy I would have 2 days pain free then 7 days of intense pain then I would wake up and bang anxiety off the charts and I would start that day
Yeah my anxiety leading towards my period starting is absolutely awful.
Ii can’t shake it no matter what either until my period starts and it eases. Ii would prob say the anxiety is defo what ii struggle with the most ☹️Didn’t anything help you before hand ? Before you had the hysterectomy xx
