Hi, I'm looking for some advice. I am waiting for a laparoscopy to diagnose and/or treat endo. I'm currently experiencing some very light pink watery spotting, I'm on CD 24 of a 28-30 day cycle and I have very little pain. My periods are excruciating. There is a VERY slight possibility that I may be pregnant and this is implantation (this is best case scenario for me as we've been trying for years and IVF is the next step after the lap). I don't want to get my hopes up on that score so I'm wondering how common spotting is with endo? I do get the brown spotting in the few days before my period, but this is different. Any insight appreciated! Thank you.

Spotting mid-cycle
From my experience, I get spotting very regularly between periods. However, if it's not painful, I would say wait and see if you're pregnant or not. Good luck xx
Hi,
So sorry, it is really hard to be thinking it could both be the best or worst of news. I absolutely relate as I have had both scenarios; once for the implantation of my now 6yr old daughter (through ivf) and also just because of Endo in the last few months. It is a rough ride and waiting for pregnancy tests is such a tense time. Best of luck.
I get spotting all the time outwith periods, its such a pain
Thank you for all the responses! I'm still spotting and if it's period I wish it would just start... sometimes waiting for all the pain is worse!
Just to update this for anyone who may come across this via Google (I've done it so many times and people never say what the outcome was), I finally got my period after five days of spotting. Period was very very painful and heavy at times. It just confirms to me that there is definitely something wrong.
