painful spotting

I get really painful cramps in my pelvic and back when I’m it on my period alongside spotting.

Sometimes the pain is so bad it’s like my cervix spasms with sharp stabbing pains and I vomit, scream can’t walk or talk. Is this an endo symptom.

see your GP. It could be that your cervix is causing the spotting, when was your last smear and was that normal?

Even when spotting, the uterus is contracting and this causes pain if there is endometriosis or adenomyosis. However, spotting itself can be caused by the cervix and you should get it checked out either way. Infection generally can also cause spotting, infection of the vagina, cervix or uterus. Is it foul smelling or is there a fever or general symptoms of illness present?

went to see gyno cervix was all clear no infection at all

As you say Gynae are clear it’s not the cervix itself then your query is it endo - these are known symptoms . You might want to be querying DIE in the pouch of douglas area. Lindle has a number of very clear posts about how to ensure you get the best imaging to hopefully show that.

thank you I hate going to gp they say it’s my weight I’m in bed taken cocodamol and me Menefanic acid have tens machine and hot water bottle I’m in agony and vomiting. of course , it’s amazing how poorly informed many medics are regarding endo so it’s helpful to be able to point towards areas to be explored for understanding and care xxx
