GnRH help!

So I had my lap Oct 12th and am due back for my post op appointment on the 23rd Nov.

My gynaecologist said I had stage 3 endometriosis and wants to use some kind of hormone replacement therapy. It was only briefly mentioned to me but I’m rather scared of being put through temporary menopause.

I was just wondering if people had any experiences with different types that they were willing to share, did it help you? Thank you

Hey I was put on Prostap - initially I refused for well over a year, then I thought there wasn’t anything else left for me to try so I gave in.

The injection started to help me at around week 6/7, then I got bad 7/8 and wasn’t sure if to have he third injection, but I decided to, shortly after this one I had the best 6-8 weeks in ten years, where I was pain free! Sadly that was it all helped for & after 8 injections I was operated on again.
