The dreaded period is coming

Took my last pill in the pack yesterday, and now this evening my pelvis is throbbing. My lower back and bum cheeks are tender too tender to touch 😩

Why did you get off it? Are you trying for a baby? I can't afford to have period breaks because my pain has gone on to evil dimensions 🙄😔.

If you take Panadol 3 times a day before your period starts, you will have a less painful period. You should start this course BEFORE the period starts. Stay away from codeine and ibuprofen because these drugs will worsen your bowel linked endo symptoms.

No I’m not... I have more pill packs was just doing the week break. I have carried the I’ll through for about 6 months and thought I should let my body have a period ?? To be honest I don’t really know what I’m doing. I haven’t got a diagnosis yet so I’m just winging it all x

I feel your pain....i take the pill 3 months then 1 week break. Cramp, migraine and just felt crappy all week. However easing now and start pill for 3 months tmoro. Im just glad i dont have to go through it every month. The pill Definitely helps me, takes away the bad ovulation pain for me xx
