Get on those anti inflammitories now so they can build up in your system, and drink plenty to flush it out easier. Ginger tea is good for cramps too x

Unless theres a chance youre pregnant, if there is then just natural suppliments for anti imflam and paracetamol. It depends how long your cycle usually is, it may be a bit longer than 14 days after ov. Im good thankyou, had transfer today and feeling positive. Sorry to hear youre not good though xx

That’s great news im keeping everything crossed for you .m just dreading my period coming I think I’ve missed my ovulation but I can’t be totally sure this month their could be a small percentage that I still timed it ok but I wouldn’t know unless I had a period which I’m hoping not .I’ve never felt so anxious and scared for my period. I told my partner I just don’t want it to come.he thinks it’s me just wanting a baby I said babe you don’t understand how painful my periods are I will trade pregnancy for that pain any day even though I’m not good pregnant either .the build up of it all is killing me cause I’m not even sure on when it’s actually due I’ve never been good at tracking anything but I used to know a round about date let’s hope I’m just waiting for a BFP instead but not so sure

Thankyou, and i know exactly how you feel. Best thing you can do is be prepared for it but dont stress over it cuz it makes it even worse. Get everything you need ready for if your period comes, including comfy clothes and things that make you comfortable. Heat pad by the bed ready. Drink lots of ginger tea and if you start to get cramps massage your tummy. Look up chinese massage for menstrual cramps. Whats happening with your op?xx

I’m on referral list but could be waiting 9 month referral not even gone through yet.sigh .decided if it happens it happens times ticking I don’t know if the op would help me only time will tell just thought I should ttc again then if it Dosent happen it Dosent I know where I stand they was going to put me on prostap wasn’t having that.and they said it’s nothing like contraception so the heart ache of being on that and not even being able to have a baby or try kills me I just have to see if I beat endo I’m just taking it as it comes what will be will be

I know you want to try while you wait, but if its making you really poorly and in so much pain i think you should consider it. Also if the endo is everywhere it makes it a hostile environment for a feotus and your chance of misscarriage is higher which of course you dont want. It would make sense to try after your op for six months or so when the endo is gone and you have a better chance. Of course it doesnt mean you wont get pregnant now because theres still a chance, but id seriously consider waiting because you need some quality of life. This time next year you will have had your op and be feeling some relief and you will also know exactly whats going on in there. I found it such a relief to find out why i wasnt getting pregnant, though heartbraking it was worse seeing a negative test every month. Xx

Your right it’s upsetting to do or hear but it’s right I keep saying I’m stupid but I’m just longing for another baby and just keep thinking what if it’s all ok in end and wondering if I do will he/she even survive everything is taking so long I’ll be 35 by then maybe I should try the Mirena out.so depressing

I just keep thinking about all those people who had successful pregnancy after ttc with endo3 years etc how did that happen?was the endo not growing what was different to conceive then and everything ok this lady said she was stuck front to back with it and they even wondered how it had happened and there’s people with giant cysts that have come back after surgery but conceived in just trying to get my head round it

I know i thought the same before my op i still tried but realistically its very few that have a successful pregnancy with that degree of endo. I would hate for you to suffer another mc. 35 is still young so i wouldnt worry about that you still have time. Its after 38 things decline more quickly but even then it doesnt mean anything really you can still get pregnant you will just have less eggs. I think youve been through enough and need to put your own health first and have a break from the pain and all the other horrible symptoms. You will get there, youve got to stop stressing yourself out xx

Yeah your right thankyou my mood is everywhere today. I feel like I’ve been in a vile mood since yesterday when my gas went and today when it started raining lol .one minute I’m ok next I’m not.i keep trying to say I’m grateful for what I’ve got but in back of my mind I feel like I missing something.its annoying because I get more and more endo symptoms each month I feel like I’m really sick but I keep putting pushing those feelings aside. I’m thinking i don’t know wether to see g.p again or just wait for this referral I’m a bit worried about my chest I keep having chest pains when I think of it all how can I possibly have a successful pregnancy like this .

Exactly, imagine the strain it would put on your body when youre already suffering. Also think of it like this, if you have treatment for a bit it would surpress the endo which makes it easier to get pregnant. Just take a break and get yourself well, its not forever but really sounds like you need it right now xx

I agree about getting pain meds in your system now. There's quite a few that work better if you start taking them before the pain hits as they act as a block but are less effective if you wait until your in intense pain.

Have you tried a tens machine? You can pick them up cheaply in pharmacys and online (£20ish). They send little electrical pulses that interrupt pain signals, it is a weird sensation to get used to and only works whilst wearing it, but it's a good option for when pain surprises you and you aren't getting relief with pain meds. Or you don't want to take pain meds due to the side effects you may get.

Hi, another thing you could try is magnesium (citrat). Also prepare food for the worst time.
