I’m 4 months post major laparoscopy now. I’ve been recovering really really well but I do get occasional sharp nerve pain where they cut out a chunk of my vagina (sorry TMI).
I would love to know if others have experienced this and what they’ve done to help? I’m doing lots and lots of exercise which I don’t know is helping or hindering.
Look forward to your responses

I can’t advise as I conceived 2 months after my last surgery which has eased my endo symptoms. I’m coming up 10 weeks. But I hope someone else can advise better. xoxo
I strongly advice that u seek help from your doctor and tell him/her about your pains becoz when i did my lap i didnt go through any pain but still my gynea would keep asking me if iam in pain just to be safe
I found joe exercising for a while and in the end I had to give myself a break as really struggled with walking. My pain was groin and down my leg. I found I had to have a few weeks of real rest and some acupuncture sessions. The acupuncture (with electrodes) really helped with the nerve pain. X
