Period Pains

Ahhh omg my period cramps this month feel like someones squeezing my insides, it's all bloated, my tailbone aches, it's making me feel queasy

I'm 3 periods post lap; this lap recovery has been the worst (had one prior and that wasn't too bad) - I was signed of for 4 weeks - my second period I had to be signed off for. I don't want to do that again but sitting at work is awful. I've only been back at work for 3 weeks.
