Pain/aching after periods

Since a laparoscopy in January (burst ovary cyst) I have been experiencing heavy bleeding, long periods, bloating, pain before and extreme pain during periods, pain inserting tampons, pain and aching throughout cycle as well as back pain. I Saw a gynaecologist in July who decided to put me on mercilon and Mefenamic acid to help with this and also said that although all my symptoms link to endometriosis, they looked at my laparoscopy pictures from jan and said it wasn’t that. I have now been experiencing extreme aching in my pelvis/abdomen after my period ends. This makes it hard to walk properly and makes my daily activities hard. Just wondering what could be the cause of this and if it’s normal?
