I need a rant.

Just been for my post op to be told they found nothing. However I asked about the lump which was found on my scans and she said what lump. Then said it's just some blood growing out of my uterine lining which I'm pretty sure is adenomyosis.

She also said she saw a few areas of bleeding in my lap on my organs but said it's not endo.

I'm am going to request a 2nd opinion because this has been going on for 16 years now. And the symptoms got worse since I stopped taking the pill a year ago. Any help or advice greatly appreciated! X x x

I had a painful ovarian cyst that was very clear on every ultrasound, but when I had my lap to remove it, they said it wasn't there, and that everything looked fine. The pain continued, and I was sent back for more ultrasounds. The cyst was there, clearly on the screen. My doc then scheduled me in for another lap, with a surgeon he held in much higher regard than my first. Not only did they find and remove the cyst this time, but also diagnosed my endo, and removed as much as they could while they were in there. Push for second opinions, trust your gut. It might take time, but don't stop until you get proper answers.

Thank you so much lovely. I feel so fobbed off but I know something isn't right and it's been getting worse. It's just hard because I don't know who to talk to and what's normal. I'm sat at work now with cramp but I'm not due on for a week and my hip and leg are killing. X x x

My thoughts exactly like woah what!? Also oh that lump erm it's just blood growing out of your muscle wall....nope that's not normal either.

Thank you so much for replying. I feel very supported with all of this x x x

I hope you get answers! That is complete lack of care. Might even be negligence. I had to fight for over ten years to get actual help in America, so you are not alone! Get angry, get answers, get help. Don't be afraid to be demanding. Doctors don't listen unless you demand real answers. I am no longer afraid to tell them they're wrong and if they can't help, get a referral. We deserve better care!

Well I'm remaining angry and I have made an appointment with my gp and I'm going to demand to see a specialist in my area! It can't be nothing. Even if it's not endo I still need to know what's going on because it's just getting worse x x x
