Sobbing 2 weeks post op HELP

I had lap 2 weeks ago today. Was in theatre for over 3 hours. My endo went from two spots on pod, bowel and bladder ( burnt off 16th ago) to stage 3 all over both pelvic side walls, rectovaginal and rectum. I had excision surgery by a specialist. I understand there will pain through the healing process but Iv been sobbing for hours. It feels like the mother of all flairs has arrived and it’s crippling me, is this normal??

How far did you have between your first and second lap? I had my first one September last year and only found a small patch but I’m in agony every day so I feel like it’s worse. Have you taken any painkillers? X

Almost 2 years. But the pain returned about 3 months after, each month it got worse till it was weekly then daily x

Sadly yes it might be normal. There were a few spells of a couple of days long in the six weeks after my excision I thought the world was ending, the all-consuming cramping pain on top of surgical pain was horrific. Hold on, it DOES get better but there will be days when it feels like it’s getting worse. Ups and downs. Eventually the downs will be less and less severe each time. Good luck!
