Change from Decapeptyl & livial onto Mirena Coil

Hi all,

Just had my surgery to remove endometriosis cyst, ovary & fallopian tube. Full hysterectomy not possible due to bowel & womb being stuck together.

Consultant has stated that he is hopeful that being on the marina coil should help with bowel symptoms and mean that more complex colorectal surgery may not be necessary.

Can I ask that any of you who have switched from Dec/ livial to the mirena coil could give me some info on what I should expect, if anything, in terms of side effects.

Thanks
