I read that pomegranate has anti estrogenic property and it reduce the estrogen

But also i have read that it has phytoestrogens which will increase the estrogen

As you know soybeans are so bad for endometriosis Does pomegranate has the same impact ?!

I order pomegranate juice and i think i waste my money on it

I was thinking i am gonna take to reduce the estrogen not to increase

Anyone has information about it please help
