Still waiting for my lap; now likely August time. I have just moved house and the stress of it has given me a horrible period this month (the pain kept me awake last night, and it's awful again this morning). Plus I can't sleep in the house and have been sleep deprived for a week. I cry at the smallest things and just want to go back to my parents. The house and area is lovely its just the transition has really unsettled me. I'm just feeling so low and exhausted (I get fatigue before my period on a good month!!); no matter how many supplements I take or lifestyle changes I try my body just feels awful every cycle.
I am also sensitive to hormones so I'm reluctant to suppress my cycle through the pill; I prefer the idea of the IUD but I had a bad reaction to the mirena However I'm getting so desperate that I'm considering going on cerazette again. Ughhhhh.

I'm going through the same thing at the moment, I'm moving house, I left a very stressful but well paid job and this month my body just couldn't handle it. I spent 5 hours in a service station in a severe amount of pain and vomiting out of my car waiting to be rescued. Four days later I was still really fatigued, short of breath, crying at everything and felt like I was having heart palpitations. I went to the A&E and it turns out it was just an Anxiety attack! I'm not a stressed or anxious person but the doctor said that sometimes everything can just hit you and your body can react in a big way to stress.
I'm also really sensitive to hormones and have had terrible problems with the Pill I either get migraines or very depressed and at one point suicidal. Don't go back on the pill if it doesn't work for you or if it's going to do more damage than good to you physically or mentally.
I just wanted to second the going to bed with a favourite tv show on low. Not the same I know but I have ptsd and at night my brain goes overdrive with memories plus endo pain even when moderate is just enough to keep me awake all night. I do exactly the same - really concentrate on whatever they're saying on the programme, just loud enough so I can hear. It helps block out all the stressful thoughts like what you'll be experiencing with moving etc. I'd also say make it a priority to make your bedroom a total sanctuary. I have an oil burner on before bed with uplifting essential oils, deep breathing while listening to the tv show, cosy bed with soft cushions to snuggle up to. If you're dealing with fatigue and you moved during that time your body and mind is going to be flat out exhausted. Def see your dr regarding better pain medication. Prescription codeine etc helps my pain a bit on top of NSAIDs and the most useful thing the codeine does is make me sleepy. Fatigue is a b*****d as even if you do get a good 8 hrs you're still totally wiped out so you have a lot of catching up to do! Take good care of yourself - good meals, Dead Sea salt baths before bed also help me relax and even if you need a full day sleeping once you've seen your dr for painkillers or maybe a sleep aid, go with it. I know what it feels like to have your body weighed down with lead from fatigue. Of course you're going to be tearful - your body and mind is knackered! Focus on warm baths and making your bedroom super cosy for now and once you've caught up on sleep do go and explore your new area so it begins to feel like home. Xx
