I have recently started the endo diet but have reached a stage where I am completely lost when it comes to wheat, gluten and soya.
I really enjoy porridge in the morning but I can only find (I have literally looked everywhere) either a wheat and gluten free porridge which contains soya, a gluten free porridge that contains wheat and soya or a wheat and soya free porridge that then contains oat gluten.
Can anybody give me any advice please as to what are the best things to leave out and also if you have any good suggestions for a good porridge or a porridge alternative when on this diet?
