Large mass behind right ovary.....worried

I have suffered with endometriosis for a number of years and have had numerous operations. I am now 42 and after recent consultations with my health professionals it has been advised that due to the ‘state’ of my insides they do not want to operate any further and will try and manage my pain until I reach the menopause. However. I have had prostap injections for the last 6 months and within that time I have had a transvaginal scan and ultrasound scan. I have recently received letters from the consultant to have blood tests, CA125 and electrolyte. I have also had the consultant contact me saying she wants me to have a MRI scan as they have discovered a large mass behind my right ovary and a smaller one on my left. I am now worrying if this is something more sinister or just the endometriosis. Any ideas or experiences of something similar please?
