Anyone found an improvement in their periods from taking serrapaptase i thought my pain was improving despite only taking it a couple of weeks but i am a couple of days before my period and normally would experience spotting the week before but so far nothing just wondering if it could be them or just coincidence

Hi. I have take serrapeptase for one month and I notice difference immediately. I usually had pain during urination and rectal pressure but this period I was pain free. On May 25th I have appointment and ultrasound so I will see if my endometrioma has changed or no.

Best wishes for u xx

Vast improvement will be noticed as you take it longer and in higher dosage.

I've been taking it for over 2 years now. I recently take Bromelain enzyme to further boost the efficacy of Serra.

I can now do my spinning classes and ab crunches without feeling the heaviness as the adhesions has dissolved in those areas. Wow!

I truly hope you will see the improvements too.

Lyn, you might want to look up "healing crisis" on the Internet. Your insomnia or other symptoms you might feel is known as healing crisis.

I went through a lot of pain on my whole back (every morning upon arising, feels like I was hit by a truck) and after 2 weeks of usage it intensified. However terrible I put up with it for approx 5 weeks (it went away eventually) as I have faith it will dissolve all the dead tissue.

Healing crisis is a good indication that your body is getting rid of the bad stuff from your system (detoxing) and it means the supplement brand is working for you.

I don't have insomnia issue. It might just be PMS symptom?

PS. I can't recommend people enough to take Serrapeptase. This enzyme stuff is so amazing, if only people knew and research about it.

Ah, I just checked again on the internet about healing crisis. Your insomnia is due to poor nervous system.

My body pain was due to acidic toxins accumulated at the affected area.

There is a list of healing crisis and possible reasons/causes that you can read up more on drjockers dot com.

Do you tend to not take it during your period or do you carry on i have read people who said they didnt take it during there period as it acts a blood thinner?

No I don't take it on days that I bleed.

It's also imperative to give your system a break from taking supplements at this time so as not to wear off the efficacy.

Not what you're looking for?
