Serrapaptase anyone had any luck with this?

Someone recommended the suppement serrapaptase and was just wondering before i order it if anyone has had any experience with it as i have read it can help unblock the fallopian tubes?

How long between your last lap and the pregnancy?

No I haven't almost a, year between lap but three miscarriages prior to this pregnancy
