Sometimes when I’m taking vitamins I get it too, if your body doesn’t need it you pee it out and it’s bright yellow! It’s vitamin b2 that causes it - asparagus does it too xx

I would say reduce your vitamin pill to alternate days as sounds like your body doesn’t need them any more! I take a menopause one as on Zoladex and when my goes bright yellow I just take them less often. If it then still happens then stop them.

Hi, I had the same thing and also ttc. I did read that it CAN be a sign of a pregnancy and I got a little bit excited. And then period came.... :(

But interesting to read what the girls above said about too much vitamins. It does make sense and I might stop taking mine for a little while to see whether it changes :)

I get the same thing, it is vitamins (or at least a vitamin if they’re multi-vits)

Maggie Blue - make sure to keep taking folic acid if you’re TTC! 🤞
