Anyone experiencing weight loss with endometriosis??!

Since I’ve been diagnosed with severe endometriosis, I’ve lost so much weight. In 6 months I’ve lost 3 1/2 stones

It could be your hormones. Are you in any medications that could cause weight loss?

Do you have any other symptoms of hyperthyroidism? Fast heart beat, sweating, nervousness. Might be worth getting your thyroid checked? Lots of people with endo also have other autoimmune diseases.

Have you mentored this to your Dr? It's a lot of weight to lose, especially if you've not been trying.

Yes I’m on tramadol painkillers. I do feel like my heart beats fast in normal activities. I have but I think because I’m overweight they are not seeing it as an issue.

But if you're not doing anything to lose weight and you're not on any hormones, I think it's definitely worth exploring. Can you maybe see another GP and just get some bloods taken? Trust your instincts.

This happened to me I dropped a dress size and then they became loose too. They thought I had something wrong with my stomach as I wasn’t holding weight.

Yeah I’ve been eating rather less and not having appetite sometimes. I don’t know what could do to start eating properly
