Am struggling to control my endo

Doctor referring me to gynae.

Unable to have coil or anything progesterone based as flares my skin into cysts.

Tried various different pills some I bleed intermittently with some send me into an anxious mess.

My doctor has told me to finish my pill and have a break to see what happens between now and gynae app.

Am at a loss any suggestions?

Considering alternative medicine too

Have you had an op to see how much endo you have and if it's worth removing as much as possible to help relieve symptoms and make them more manageable? That could help as you can then get used to what alternative therapies work for you; I've heard they usually take up to 2 to 4 months to have full effects.

While off the pill see if you can keep a diary of what's going on; how you're feeling, pain levels, location of pain, that will help them decide on treatment.

Following as I'd be interested in alternative therapies. I've heard there's pain clinics too, but don't know much.

I’ve had 4 laps but don’t have a massive amount of endo. The problem is the hormones in the pills are messing with my mental health so think time to look into other alternatives. I bought Agnes casta today and turmeric and am going to look at acupuncture

Before even considering other treatment options like surgery or chronic pain therapies, your doctor will likely recommend non-surgical treatments
