Hi all, i was diagnosed with Endometriosis 2009. Had extensive surgery to remove and have been fine.

recently trying to concieve...bit difficult. Went to hospital recently and told i have small fibroid and 2 endo cysts plus fluid in one of my tubes...in no pain at all which they find odd. periods are pain free but spotting inbetween.

Anyone had similar experience and able to get pregnant?😔
