Periods post lap

Hello lovelies!

Lhad my lap 11th Jan, removed. Cyst and fluid surrounding my left ovary and then extensive grade two endo from my rectum, bladder, uterus and most of my pelvis.

Had my period, as due, on 13th Jan for four days normal bleed. Different pain as I was recovering but otherwise normal period. Had my usual mid cycle ovulation bleeding, not as heavy as normal but still like two days of period.... Was due on my next period on 12th Feb... But nothing. Have done a pregnancy test as we are trying not but my body doesn't feel like a period is coming at all. No pain, swelling, nausea or sore boobs I usually get! Which is amazing! But also I'm a bit worried about it as I'm usually so regular.

Has anyone else had this after a lap? A Kate period or cycle changes? I hadn't been warned about anything but I know there are loads of possibilities that aren't ever explained really.

Any help would be appreciated, bit worried it will come late and be a complete nightmare of a period! I have more preggo tests if I need to take one so might check Friday if nothing has happened tomorrow (,Thurs)

It is possible for periods to become temporarily irregular after a lap. I think this happened to me after mine although my memory of the exact details is fuzzy (it was a few years ago).

Thanks so much h for replying! I can't find any Information on post lap menstruation or anything! Did a test which was negative and I don't think I'm pregnant but I'm just nervous the pain will hit me worse when period arrives.
