Lower Stomach bad pains

Ok so I have a really bad pain in the bottom of my stomach, had it all day though but it’s gradually getting more painful,

Every time I need to pass urine it’s very painful and especially when I am finishing up,

Does anyone on here have the same, when I am getting up to walk I am having to shuffle at first then once I am up I can walk but huntched over.

Can anyone please help me, I have doctor on Monday and will be telling her all this,

I had a Laparoscopy Hysteroscopy and endoscopy done on the 5th of December follow up appointment is on Monday at the hospital. 😞😞
