Adhesions of ovary

Hi everyone, so toady is 2 weeks since my lap for excision of endo and when I had my surgery they said that they couldn't find my coil so I had an urgent scan booked so they could have a look and luckily they found it and it was all ok. But today I got some other news that they didn't tell me on the day of the scan, my left ovary has stuck to my uterus and pouch of Douglas. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice of what to do or if this has happened to you I would really like to know as I am really taken back by it and not sure what to do.

Thank you X

Hi, my left is stuck at the back of uterus. I’ve been diagnosed with severe endometriosis in 2015. I’m due for surgery on Friday 24 November for excision of endo , adhesiolysis, removal of fallopian tube(s), myomectomy.
