Pain at my right side when i sleep

I have pain on my right side when i sleep.

When i wake up In the morning the pain disappears and I can work without feeling any pain. I wentto see my doctor and prescribed me doxcyling antibiotics. The pain doest ease at all unroll sometimes I wake up In the night and seat down and the pain goes. When i sleep again is back was planning to go for a scan because is very painful please ladies do you have the same problem or mine is different?

I have something similar on my RHS under my ribs. I feel it when I lie down so it's postural with me. I had a us scan for gallbladder appendix etc it came back normal. About to go to doctor for follow up.
