Had my first lap last Tuesday

They found endometriosis and I had excision done!

I have 3 cuts but one of these is really sore and still feel really weak

How long should it take to fully recover?

When I had my lap it took about 2-3weeks for me to feel my normal self again xx

It took me 5 weeks to get back to work after my first lap with minor work. I'm still off work at 8 weeks after my major bowel op. That's a bit longer than average I'm both cases.

It's natural to feel pain as you start to heal just keep an eye out for any signs of infection. We all recover at different rates due to lots of unique factors. The general anaesthesia alone is very powerful too and some people are more sensitive. Hi I've had my first Lap and it took me 5 wks to feel better again.. as above we all take time to heal differently xx
