Hi Poppy, came across your post and was wondering if you were OK? Has the pain gone and did you get ct scans back? I'm due to have same op soon. Hope you are feeling better

Thank you for reaching out, I have the pain every four weeks but not as awful as the first bout. My CT scan came back abnormal with dye CT scan recommended I have two lots of diverticulitis apparently but I'm not convinced it's not endo that they can't see. It's certainly like pain I've had before with my periods. I am on a diet now and losing weight but my arthritis is a bit painful with long walks etc so I'm doing my steps the best I can.

When is your surgery? I still don't know what stage my endo/adeno was at. My bladder was distended too on the scan.

It's in three weeks, feeling nervous as the date approaches!Glad they are doing ct scans to find out what's causing the pain, hope you get some relief and answers soon. Every four weeks pain sounds hormone or cycle related. No-ones mentioned stage of endo but I'm guessing I'm stage 4 because of the deep endo/adeno, kissing ovaries, bowel attached etc and gynae said lots of adhesions likely . Hope your strength returns soon
