Hi guys,

I was diagnosed with endo November last year and had surgery, and diagnosed with PCOS a number of years before that.. hoping someone might be able to help with some symptoms and whether they are related to these condition etc - yesterday started getting. A tugging pain in the centre of my pelvic region on movement, continued overnight, pain increases substantially when straining muscles to pass urine or stool (sorry tmi).

Woke up in the night a couple of times with the pain, woken up with bad lower back pain as well.

Any help of experiences would be much appreciated as it REALLY REALLY flippin hurts!!

I take the pill back to back so in theory shouldn't have any periods at all - having said that i do get the occasional spotting - last time was a couple of weeks ago.

Ahh, I see, you should not have ovulation with taking the pills all the time... sometimes it happens even with contraceptives, but not likely. But if you had spotting two weeks ago, this would be exactly the ovulation time. Do you get this type of pain more often or it is just once in a while?

I experienced a bit of a 'tugging' pain before my op last year but haven't really had anything since. Normally just get the sharp stabby pains.

This feels like a sharp tugging/ache that flares when making the motion to sit or stand/driving over bumps in the road/use the loo etc.

Yes, I understand exactly, it may be ovulation pain if it goes away in a couple of days and it comes approximately two weeks after spotting.. you may want to watch next time you have this symptom. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days.. :((( you'll need to see a doctor again. How old are you?

Thanks for be info. Planning to see the dr if the pain doesn't resolve at least somewhat in the next day or so as the painkillers I've got aren't really helping 🙄. And 24 😊
