WHEAT AND DAIRY FREE WEEK 3 (And 2 days)

after feeling awful after eating the magnum and realising how much of a problem dairy was for me, I decided i would eat some wheat and see what happened. So I had some nice white crusty bread 3 days in a row....it was so nice!!! The first day I didn't notice any difference however I did have slight period pains so don't know if that was anything to do with It?! After 3 days I feel sluggish, grumpy & bloated. So I figured maybe I can eat it once in a while as a treat?!....time will tell I guess.

I've also decided after advice from my endo nurse, to go and see a nutritional therapist. It's not cheap at £72.00 for the initial consultation but after looking into it I think it could really help me work out what else effects me. I don't want to be missing out on things that are doing me no harm or eating things that are making me poorly. It's not until October but Im looking forward for it.

Last thing I wanted to mention was that I had my mirena coil fitted in may and I had a lot of trouble with it the first couple of months but I started bleeding yesterday and I so far the cramps etc haven't been too bad at all and it's not particularly heavy. I'm thinking this could be my changes in diet and also that the coil is starting to settle down.....touch wood, don't want to speak to soon and all that!!!!

Fingers crossed this is the start of something!!!
