Can't shift the pain - please help!

Hi Ladies,

Im having a day of terrible cramps, back pain and migraines. Ibuprofen & a hot water bottle just aren't cutting it today.

Does anyone have any top tips for getting rid of the pain? I could really use them!

Hi I find putting pressure on my stomach with my hand helps, so basically just pushing my hand down. Don't know how it helps but it does. Also sitting straight up in bed and my knees pulled in towards me! Hope that helps somehow x

Try a hot bath, fill it and just try and relax in the bath, it helps relieve the pain for a while, Also think about acupunture, although you need a set of sessions to see any difference - hope you feel better soon x
