Ladies , I need your help and advice .
I am 12 weeks post total hysterectomy and have been experiencing horrible vagina dryness and no sex drive .
I am on tibolone HRT .
Please kindly advise ?

Try different HRT. There is also lubricants. Talk to your doctor. Hopefully you have one that actually listens.
