Endo in the rectum

Hi all,

Can someone please explain to me their symptoms they have had with endometriosis in the Rectum? Does it affect the chances of having children in any way?

It is my dream to have kids one day and there's nothing I want more

Thank you very much, did you have to get a colonoscopy? How do they distinguish endo in the bowl from anal cancer or bowl cancer?

No, I haven't had a colonoscopy. I am going through fertility treatment so I haven't had bowel surgery. When I had my last surgery though the consultant took photos and said it looks like I have endo in my bowel which I had suspected anyway because of my symptoms.

I have endo in my bowel , it causes bleeding that starts about 4 days before my period. Painful bowel movements, discomfort and bloating. I don't get constipated as such but like I am if that makes sense!

I have a little boy he is 4 years old in a couple of weeks, blessed via IVF . Endo can affect your fertility but it doesn't always and there are things they can do to help

Not continuously but with bowel movements
