Hi, has anyone found anything that helps with the bloating that comes from endo. It's so annoying within one day my stomach can look so bloated then the next day it can be normal. I'm going on holidays and would love to try and control the bloating.

Some people find eliminating certain potential irritants from their diet help. It varies from person to person.
If you want to go down the diet route I suggest you approach it scientifically and only eliminate just one thing at a time for a monthly cycle to work out what works for you rather that stop everything all at once as it varies significantly by individual.
Dairy, Gluten, Soya, Caffeine and Wine are common alleged culprits as is processed food in general.
Foods good for the liver which metabolises excess hormones are also meant to be good.
Cause and effect is hard to prove and theories abound but any overall healthy diet that is high in fresh vegetables and fruit, low in fat, sugar, artificial chemicals and processed food is likely to help you feel better in yourself regardless of any endo specific harmful or curative properties.

I've recently cut down on gluten and carbs and it has made a real difference to my bloating. I drink mainly herbal teas now.
