Pain lower rib post op

Hi! I'll try and keep this as simple as I can! I have my op two months ago and endo was removed. During my post op checks I had a pain in my right lower rib. The doctor felt it and said it feels as though it's sticking out and the doctor may have leant on i during surgery! She arranged a scan which I have next Wednesday. Yesterday I was coughing and when I felt my right abdomen I felt a lump. My partner has felt it aswell just to be sure.

Every time I cough or laugh, this area feels very strange and it helps me to apply my hand to the area. I'm worried it's something serious and I'm anxious about waiting till next Wednesday for my scan but I know if I go to the doctors, they won't do anything before hand. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks for taking the time to read this! xxx
