Hey sweetie

I'm not a doc I suffer with endo too. I know it feels like it won't go away but it will. It's something you have to let nature do. The gas has to come out some way. I know it's hard just try to relax don't fight it, watch your fav film or programme. A small distraction is better then concerntrating on the pain.

I do feel for you....the doc told me patients say it feels like they are having a heart attack. Mine lasted 4 days. I saw it as a mental challenge and I wouldn't let it beat me. Nice steady breathing sweetie be ok.

Do you have someone with you?

Hope this helps a little

Hugs

Cathy xx

Could you maybe try a heating pad on your shoulders or back?

If it hurts to much to walk try to pointe your toes.

Hello. I feel for you and I hope you get better soon. I found lying slightly elevated help. I put an extra cushion behind me. Apart from that I think just walking around and peppermint tea will help. I hope you feel better soon! xx

Have you tried Peppermint tea and Windeaze tablets? Both helped me loads xxx

Thank you everyone! You have all been amazing! It has gotten better throughout the day, ive had endless peppermint teas, hot water bottles, walked around a lot. I think drinking more water and going up and down the stairs helped. I thought i was going to pass out earlier it was so bad, so thank you. The support from this forum has been great xx

So glad to hear you're feeling better! Yes, stick with the peppermint tea and gentle movement. I know it really is horrendous but from what I remember once it does start to shift it will continue to. Brace yourself! ;)

Definitely a heat pad behind your shoulders and back. It was the only thing which helped me ease the pain from the gas. I hope you feel better soon.
