Lap date 😁🙈

So last week my doctor said he would do the lap so I rang today to say I wasn't happy with going to another hospital where he does surgerys only to be told my wait time now is 18 weeks 😢😢 gutted is an understatement.

I'm sorry for your wait, i know what that feels like. I had my first lap beginning of April which i waited just over 3 months for, unfortunately this is the normal waiting time unless you go private i think :/ I then got a letter a week before my operation saying it was rescheduled for a month later - at this point and with the pain i was in and the organisation i had made to work around my operation i was devastated and called them up in angry upset, the next day they sent me a later and my appointment was 2 week after it was supposed to be. If its really bad try calling them up and beg for a closer date, thats eventually what I did as i could not handle it and it did work, however in my case they had rescheduled it but it seemed simple enough for them to push me forward, if you're in that much pain and need them too you could at least give it a go and see if they have any appointments sooner??
