Hey! I've been on a gluten free diet for almost a year now and it's definitely helped the IBS symptoms I was having during my period and it's relieving not to have to worry about the symptoms of IBS and symptoms and endo pain at the same time. I wouldn't necessarily say it's helped with the endo pain but it just means not having to worry about both at the same time if that makes sense!

Hi Lisa,

Thanks so much for your reply and I would definitely be interested in reading those recipes! I'm at a loose end right now and extremely desperate for any sort of help and I'm very willing to try any diet changes to ease my pain right now.

If you'd like to email me my address is: jennsnoakes@gmail.com. It may take me a while to respond as I've just moved to a new place so haven't got wifi set up yet.

Thanks again!

Jen
