Hi

I have just finished my period and normally all symptoms subside for at least a week but i am still really bloated and feeling nausea at times. Does anyone else experience this?

Hi Sam, I'd usually experience bloating and nausea a week before and after my period i don't think it's uncommon to feel this way. It's best to keep yourself hydrated and gentle exercise walking or swimming if you feel upto it :)

I get bloating all month long and I get told that it's normal for endo ladies. Maybe keep an eye on you Symptoms as the change might mean things aren't being managed as well as before and you may need an appointment with you consultant.

Hey, i experiencing bloating all the time, not just when it should be my period. I have spoken to my consultant about it and they say it isn't a common endo symptom. It is due to my bowels, so my doctors have prescribed me Mintec capsules. Been on them 2 days now and haven't noticed a difference yet.
