Hey! I just had mine last Friday and still at home recovering.

Very happy for you getting a diagnosis - as weird as that sounds I know it's a huge relief for all of us to finally have answers!

I was peeing constantly for about 3 days! Although I think it's because they left about 500ml of liquid inside me to help with scarring and it was just gradually getting absorbed in. It could be something similar? I was able to pass quite a lot actually so not quite the same situation but maybe the pressure you're feeling and feeling like you need a wee is just excess liquid/bloating/gas etc. I'm sure it will work it's way out soon then you'll be constantly going for a pee like me!!

Take care :) xo

Thank you good to hear it's not just me X

Hey,

This is perfectly normal mate its due to the swelling inside.

As that subsides the flow will get stronger.

Drink lots of water to help with the healing and the flow.

Hope you are doing ok,

Kind regards

Hello I had a laparoscopy last Tuesday and they found severe endometriosis and loads of adhesions etc my bladder has been exactly the same my doctor told me that after a general anesthetic it's common for you to get a lazy bladder she didn't however tell me when it should start to get better but she did say to me if it starts stinging you've probably got a urinary tract infection and need a course of antibiotics she said this is quite common also I had a urine sample checked and everything was clear so I think you just need to persevere just think our outside will heal before the inside and you've had a lot of things going on inside you and movement of muscles and organs to get a better look so it will take longer for the inside to heal and get better hope this has helped and get well soon

Do u know, I feel like I get the exact same thing. I go to the toilet even more at night but the pressure and need to go is always there. my partner cant believe how much time i spend going to the bathroom! it's deffinately worth speaking to your GP about.

I'm due to see my gynae again next wk (had my lap back in september like u stage 1 was found) and I'll be asking the same question so any useful info I get I shall pass on to u. :)

Hope your procedure went well and wish u a speedy recovery :)

Hi it's just from the anesthetic. It kinda puts the bladder to sleep sometimes . It should improve. If it's no better by the morning, give them a ring and explain and ask them for advise. Hope you're recovery goes well.
