I'm waiting for my first lap and cyst removal. I'm starting to notice that I have an uncomfortable kind of pressure in the pelvic area. It's annoying me even when I don't have period pain and it's often worse at the end of the day . Anyone else have that problem?
Hi I have pressure and pain all the time and when I have my period is is so much worse. I am now waiting just to see a consultant in Aug then probably have to wait longer for a lap.
My consultant has put my surgery down as urgent so I'm hoping to get a date soon. I feel it gradually getting worse and it's ruining my life

Yes, I get that too. It used to be limited to periods only but that changed several months ago.
yes, i get that. Have you had kids? Only asking because the feeling reminds me of odd pressure I used to get when pregnant and then immediately postpartum when everything is still very swollen and sensitive.
Yes I've had 3 lovely babies and the feeling is kinda similar . It's very irritating isn't it ?
I don't have children.
Sometimes I get these cramps though, usually around toilet time but now sometimes even when I don't need to go.
Anyway, what helps is breathing - just like you see women in childbirth doing in films!
Scared they won't operate because of high blood pressure!
