Intense pressure 2 weeks after my period

For the last couple of hours I've been suffering with a really bad pressure pain at the bottom of my pelvis that spreads into my actual lady parts and bum, it feels like someone's sitting on me and my insides are been squashed. I've had this pain before but this is definitely the most painful it's been, kind of feels like I'm going to pee myself as the pain 'down there' is that intense. Anyone else experienced this and maybe knows what's causing it? I'm struggling to walk atm as I can't stand straight cos the pain gets worse, thanks x

My worst pain always came after my period. An intense burning feeling with shooting pains in my back passage and down my right leg - horrendous.

My last excision surgery in November last year seemed to do the trick.

Have you tried turmeric with black pepper? It gave me some short term relief when the pain was bad. I also did acupuncture which helped a bit.

Good luck. Xx

Could be a ruptured or bleeding cyst. That sounds like a familiar pain to me, and usually came sometime around ovulation for me. Hope you get some relief soon!

Yeah I'm around ovulation, the pain lasted a couple of hours then I just had a deep aching pain all around my abdomen x
