Does anyone get horrendous thigh pain?! Today it felt like I'd run a marathon/very heavy and sore, almost a little tingly (very hard to explain)

Got my lap in 10 days getting very nervous :(

Hi i don't know if you have the same kind of pain as i tend to get, but i saw a physio yesterday for the first time for my abdominal pain and found out that a physio can also help for legs pain; i assumed it was something caused by endo, but after a massage etc the pain in legs is gone! completely gone. Also, lack of certain vitamins and minerals can cause leg pain. Ive started taking some today, lets hope its gonna help for endo, at least a little bit x

I get leg pain quite often sometimes it goes all the way down to my shins and calves it feels very achy and quite tingly this mainly happens when I'm having a bad day , it must be a symptom from my endometriosis I think it is something to do with the endometriosis being close to a nerve my bum cheeks tend to have the same feelingxxx

I call mine 'lead legs'! They feel so heavy and achy some days. I also get a dragging sensation,  inner thighs and lower abdomen, which is similar to when I've miscarried or having a bad endo bleed. I've never found anything to help. I walk my dog to distract myself as sitting around with the hot water bottle feeling nauseous isn't my best day out. A warm bath doesn't hurt. Even better get a hot tub! Bliss x

We have a lay-z spa so I will hop in that next time, thank you!! Xxx

Yes, especially right before my pd and ovulation time.  Doc says that the scar tissue and adhesions can grow on the uterisachal muscles and pelvic muscles which are connected to the Legs.  It feels like there is a burning sensation on upper and liver legs.  Hot tub with Epsom salts and baking soda soak for about an hour per day helps.  Medical cannabis is best.  Unlike conventional medicine, it doesn't mess up your bowel even more so than it probably already is.

This would make sense as I was ovulating when I wrote this!! Thanks for the help. I'm in the UK so unfortunately my options are pretty limited for medicinal cannabis lol, thanks anyway :) x
