Laproscopy bloating

Hi,

I had my first laproscopy Monday 21st Dec and can't seem to shift the bloating, feeling totally fed up as usually quite active but can feel this moving when I lie down or walk around.

Has anyone had similar issues or know any remedies to get rid please?

Yes it's awful isn't it have you tried peppermint tea?and avoid fizzy drinks ...

Yep totally normal your 5 days post op so should start going down anytime now.

I didn't lie down for 4 days this helped.

I drank black peppermint tea and Lots of water and hubby helped wind me A LOT

Also I'd swirl arms around like doing exercise I found this helps.

Don't sit still do a few laps around bedroom swirling arms.

(Just shut your blinds lol)
