On a count down

Hi all.

Hope everyone is good.

I've stared the dreaded count down to when I'm due on. I've got 8 days to go and already getting pains. I'm working this weekend and I'm dreading it. 8 hours on my feet massaging people whilst in pain is no fun. I'm currently laying tummy down on the settee with a hot water bottle on my back crying

Hi Shandy 31, bless you me too... I've also got the dreaded monthly symtoms of a urine infection only its not a infection so can not be treated with antibiotics, two weeks straight I had it for last month this time I'm on my 5th day it's all to do with endo. When the pain is really bad for me I do a guided meditation for chronic pain I found them on utube you might have to try a few to see if it works for you. It sends me to sleep but that's a good thing because I can not feel pain and it will help with emotions. I truly know how you feel I have so much to do I have two 4 year olds and you have no choice to pick them up etc one of my girls has Down syndrome so lily is carried a lot and it gets me exhausted not just tired when the girls go to bed I can finally lay down with heat pad and pain killers. I just wanted you too know I'm thinking of you and I truly feel your pain I'm here if you need me x

Sounds like me that does I walk around with deep heat on my back to try and soothe the pain a little. 😢😢😢
